Cancel Flow

  1. There are cases when an order needs to be canceled and charged amount must be refunded to customers. This cancellation is normally done by a Customer Service staff from Partners

  2. Customer Service staff will process the cancellation of the order using the partners' tool

  3. Partner's system will process refund the Customers as per internal process from Partner

  4. Partner's system will notify Saladin about such cancellation via API #3
